Founding attorney Michael Braxton started out his career as a Public Defender in Tampa and has defended thousands of people charged with DUIs and other serious felony offenses. During his lengthy legal career, he has tried over 150 criminal jury trials and countless bench trials as well. Because of his hard work ethic, he has been able to accomplish numerous verdicts of not guilty in cases ranging from DUI to attempted murder. Mr. Braxton has been asked to lecture at several DUI seminars in the past and has taught hundreds of attorneys throughout the state of Florida how to be successful in winning a DUI case.

Founding attorney Andrew Parks began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Broward County State Attorney's Office. After gleaning important insight into prosecution and the strategies involved, he left the State and became the youngest lawyer to become a partner at the law firm of Essen & Essen et al. He has served as lead counsel, both as a prosecutor and defense attorney, in thousands of DUI cases. Mr. Parks has tried over 150 cases and argued hundreds of motions to dismiss. As a result of his widespread success as a defense lawyer, he has been invited to speak at seminars throughout the State.
